About me

How I was inspired to Start & Teach Massage

Write your awesome label here.

My name is Tui Sukunya, and I’ve been a Thai massage therapist for over 15 years.
My journey with massage started from a place of deep fatigue — not just in my body, but in my spirit. Years of practicing traditional techniques without proper balance eventually left me physically worn out. It was during one of those low points that I rediscovered the true essence of massage: not just as a job, but as an act of love.
When I allowed myself to massage with intention, with heart, and with presence, everything changed. I felt renewed. I found joy in giving again. That’s when Thippaya was born — a method that comes not only from skill, but from the energy we choose to share.
Today, I live in France and teach massage to others who are curious not just about the “how,” but also the “why.” For me, massage is more than technique — it’s a language of care, connection, and healing. I believe that when we give from the heart, that energy flows into the person we touch. That’s what I want to share with every student who learns with me. Thippaya is my way of passing on the beauty of this tradition — gently, mindfully, and with grace.
